My Dog Rowdy: I'm not giving the thumbs down to dog people.. I like dogs, actually both.. so nope it's not me..

Cats.
1. Because they don't slobber on you as much as dogs do. (in most cases)
2. They don't have a horrid smell like most dogs do. (once again, in most cases)
3. They can settle down when you want them to. (Kinda)
4. In my opinion, they're more cuddly and comfortable to lie down by.
5. Most of them aren't big enough to hurt you.
A lot of times, dogs jump on me and get me all wet with their slobber. It's gross. When I had extremely long hair, they would run in circles and rip my hair out and it was annoying and it hurt.
My choice is cats.

depends if i want a warm fur ball of love i pick a cat and if i want some one to play with i want a dog and some dogs look so said but cats don`t

I prefer dogs more than cats. Dogs are more faithful and loyal. Also, they're friendlier and better pets to keep you company. After all, they are "Man's Best Friend."

DOGS!!!!
Dogs are happy to see you, love you no matter what and will stand by you during the good and bad times. And will scare away a burglar.
Cats are aloof, snotty, and only come running when they hear the can opener (and their food reeks!). And then there's the whole litterbox thing--who wants a pet that scratches where he poops, then JUMPS UP ON YOUR table or countertops!? GROSSS!
