Now and again i get one and i remove it by using a needle and opening it up. It has a fatty little white ball inside. Let me just warn you that they spread so it is better to have them removed. If it is to close to the eye do not try and do it yourself i am well versed with the method already. Take care.:)

A sterilised needle and a trusty friend! If you can afford to splash out a good spa or beauty salon should be able to sort you out but they may charge you for a facial.
