would it be a good choice to sell my ps2 cuz there isnt reeli any more games out there that rock like there used to be. should i ot should i not

I suggest you check with ea games as they have quite a good selection of games for the PS2.
I would put the PS2 in the closet for a while. Like a few months and then make your decision as you may want to play the games again later on after you have not played a while.

My advice:
Save your money. Create a savings account until you get an amount high enough for one of those pricey next-gen consoles. When you have enough, decide wether your PS2 is pathetic enough, then sell it for games and accessories for your new consoles. It's always sad to lose a good console, but what's better than getting a new one with a bunch of stuff to go with it?
