i have been a user of ebay for many years now but have found a book that is only on amazon so i have signed up. with ebay you use paypal to pay for items can you do this in amazon as well? ive never used amazon you see so if anyone knows thankyou :)

Amazon have their own system you register with it with your card.

They have a different system with sales in which they give the seller the set postage amount from your cost then take a cut of what the seller gets. Odd, but it works quite smoothly.

Amazon doesn't take paypal you can pay by debt/credit card or you can place the order and send a cheque or postal order. Using the latter would delay delivery

just go through the buying process and when you get to the payment part it will show you all your options. then you can see if paypall is avalible.if not and you dont want to use a credit card then just log off.and when you get to the pay section make sure to look up at the browser site address and make sure it is now https: look for the s at the end of http and then you are on the secure part of there web site.

not sure about paypal, I always use credit card with amazon.
