Yes, as long as the flange is 1/2 inch above the finished floor. If not buy an adapter at a home improvement store.

Dont take up the toilet. That is the smelliest and worst job you can think of. I would rather cut off my hands then ever replace another toilet. Just cut the tile real tight around the toilet and caulk the joint. It looks fine.....fine enough to not have to pull up the smelliest, most disgusting, fowl-smelling unit on earth.
I pulled up the toilet once to tile....and I will never do it again.

yes , you can either take out the screws holding the flange down and put in half inch spacers under it or just leave it alone but you may have to use two wax rings, which is fine also. i am a plumber so you can be sure that will work

I recently redone my bathroom and I didn't pull up the toilet, I thought it would be too much extra work. If you're good with a jigsaw, cut the tile to fit around the toilet.

Probably fine, but use two wax rings to get the best seal.
Plan on shimming it a tad.

It should, but you will need longer toilette hold down bolts (new ones) and a wax seal that has extra wax.
