First you should change your attitude by thinking he is "wimps" out.Try to find out how he feels about kissing, not all people think it is romantic. He might not be ready to take it to that level and that is a personal choice that you should repect has his girlfriend.

Patience is a virtue.....don't blame him for being nervous, he just needs to relax a bit....here's an idea....try holding a piece of red licorice in your mouth and tell him he has to take it away with only HIS mouth.....yeah, it's cutesy, but I'd be surprised if it didn't work....g'head, give it a shot....

You should ask him what's the problem. Maybe he doesn't really know how 2 or something...You never know. Maybe he actually doesn't know.
