I'm having a party and my friends and I are going to decorate leggings. I was thinking we could decorate them with lace at the bottom. Is there a type of glue that would work for this that would go through the laundry?

Go to any craft store. They all carry lines of fabric glue that work wonders and can go through a lot of washes.
I would maybe ask an employee which one they recommend though.

i think that it would be better if someone at the party knew how to sew.
the reason that i say this is because once the glue is dry, the fabric will no longer be stretchy wherever the glue was applied.
and if the glue is at the bottom, then the fabric will no longer stretch at the bottom of the leggings to fit over your ankle/calf/wherever they stop at.

but if you still need the glue, then there are many different kinds of fabric glue at your local craft store like Hancock Fabrics or Joanne's.
or if you don't live near one of these, then there is always WAL MART!
good luck!!

I use OK to Wash It to do some hems on certain types of pants. Works beautifully, but it has to dry for at least 24 hours before you wear it.
