i have heard that if you cross your legs too much you will get more leg fat. i always cross my legs and my legs are fatter than i would like. i am very active and eat very healthy, but my thighs are fatter than the rest of my body. is crossing my legs a reason for this thigh fat?

where'd you hear that? i'd think that because it's pressed against your other leg, it makes the fat stand out more. probably what's causing it is a lack of exercise. maybe your thighs are more muscular?

total lie. The only thing it might cause would be spider veins. the only way to get more fat on your thighs is to eat more calories than you burn off via exercise.
