Guess I should add a few facts- the WAY Elaine said the above, was really funny and everybody laughed. I'm not even sure she meant to do it that way. It seems like she was standing in Jerry's doorway- but I'm not sure.

Hi Sarah, well no wonder everyone thinks it's funny that Elaine says it in the one I'm talking about- it must have been after the one you are talking about and she is poking fun at Jerry. Well rats- I'll keep looking. It's more like she says it like this: "AlLLLL- Rightsir!" Like it's one word and she is agreeing with something someone said.

she answers "All right sir..." to Jerry when they are laying down the rules about them maybe sleeping together again. They are sitting on his couch and discussing staying the night is optional and no phone calls the next day..... yada yada....

In "The Stakeout" Jerry is talking to Elaine about a new guy she is seeing. It starts out with:

Jerry: Doesn't matter. What's the young man's name? I would like to meet him.

Elaine: I don't think so...

Jerry: Well, what does he do? Is he an artisan, a craftsman, a laborer of some sort?

Elaine: Wall street.

Jerry: Ahh, high finance: bulls... bears... people from Conneticut.

Elaine: And he happens to be pretty good lookin'

Jerry: [pause] Alright, sir.

Elaine: And... he's *hilarious*.

Jerry: Now that's not fair! So where did you meet this guy?

Although Elaine doesn't say the line, that might be the one you're thinking of, that is the only Seinfeld episode that I can think of with the "Alright sir" line.
