can you shoot the ball mave your feet and catch your own airball?

Well, if you are fast enough, you can catch your own airball. I doubt it happens much. As for possesion, if you are referring to the possesion arrow, it changes after a null possesion. In a null possesion (where both teams have equal control of the ball) play is stopped and the team with the possesion arrow inbounds the ball. After play resumes, the arrow switches to the other team.

If you catch your own air ball its considered a pass to yourself and therefore traveling
