Talk about a person who has influenced you greatly (while stretching the truth is discouraged it's not illegal). Write about a coach or a teacher or a family member who has helped you achieve bla bla bla, and how it changed your life in certain ways so that you are now an overachiever and a good member of society. If there was no such person then exaggerate on a person that you know, and if you don't know such person just created one based on a real person. Just make it good and don't worry about it, they won't quiz you on it or do a background check.

Try to find something unique and spin it to show what a hard worker and dedicated person you are. I think for one of my essays i wrote about how i learned to do a cartwheel. How i tried and tried and tried and though i failed many times i never gave up and through hard work and dedication i reached my goal and i learned the value of perserverance....that sort of thing. But try to think of a creative way to get that message across.

if you are allowed to write about anything...then write about an observation. Ex: go to the mall, library, local hang out...and observe what goes on. my Professor had us write an observation essay and she chose me to go to BWI airport and observe everything. i loved it because there is so much to write about. describe the weather outside, what conversations you hear, the way people are dressed, etc. that would make an easy essay. i got an A on that. good luck
