I'd remind him that people only act because of their motivation to act, that is, as a product of their emotional state. Therefore, to change how people act, you have to understand what is motivating them to act the way they are, and figure out what is causing them to feel that way. Then, since it is probably a form of distress, they would probably be amenable to suggestions which would make them feel better, and if they did that, then they would probably stop acting the way they are.

Specifically, I think we need to understand why these radical moslems hate us or say they do, and what's really driving them to try to destroy our society. Then if we understood that, we could try to find alternate ways for them to meet their needs than killing people they don't even know. And if we did that, then the killing would stop.

Thank you...

Not everyone can stay true to themselves through times where most people don't like you.

He has done that...and if we learn nothing more... It is that though we may be wrong or right... We must still do what we believe is right and not let the masses sway our judgment for ANY reason.

I'd apologize for the embarassing way the democratic party demonizes him, even though I myself don't agree with many of his policies. The democrats have no respect, and thus, no credibility.

Thank you for defending my country, for bringing dignity back to the office of president, for not backing down, for not giving up, for doing your job in the face of public scorn, for doing what you knew to be right when it was easier to give in.
