Nope. Never. But I looked it up and I think The term "Drop Dead Gorgeous" came from the fact that someone can be so beautiful that your heart drops. Also in a lot of old movies guys would faint when they see a very beautiful girl .The "dead" part, I think someone just stuck that in along the way. Good question though.

You ever seen a movie called "Old School" featuring Will Ferrell. Well his a movie they had this old dude whos name was Blue. He dropped dead when he seen two chicks that were all in KY trying to wrestle old man......he actually dropped dead but again he old too.
But nah never heared or seen anything like this in real life....i guess i wouldnt know then, becuase i guess you cant call me drop dead gorgeous....lol
