I dont listen to country so I had no idea this was out. Who made it first? Until then Ive only heard Hinder. Do they remake new songs like that? Or did Hinder re- do it

in a interview jack ingram said:i was listening to the radio and i came across this song and i though it would sound great as a country song so he talked around with producers and got his own cut.
but hinder made it first last year.

Hinder did relese it first, but Jack Ingram had it in the works about he same time as Hinder did. His album was already set to go when they came out with their album. Some song writers will grant the rights or sell their songs to more than one person because it may never really make it on any album. When an artist goes in to record, they always have more songs that what will end up on the album. It is ultimately up to the producers and their record company as to what they release.
Same thing with Kenny Chesney & Montgomery Gentry. They both have "Some People Change" on their most recent albums, but only M-G released it to radio.
Either way, I still hate the song and I really think that the country version SUCKS!!!
And I am a HUGE country fan......
and now ya know!!

That comment about them doing it at the same time is not true. I recently saw an interview with Jack Ingram in which he said he heard the song on the radio and thought it would be a good country song, but the fact being you don't go around stealing peoples songs especially when they first come out.

A country guy sang it about 15 years ago, then Hinder and Jack Ingram sang it around the same time

i know hinder made it first um like the other people said as you know alot of "stars" take songs and re-make them and i guess it could be country its not really that hard core to break down
