I know what you mean.
Its very easy to be an **** when you can hide behind your avatar in this forum - but put the same people in front of other people and you'd have a different reaction.
We are losing the ability to have proper social interaction, which means we lose respect for other people and become selfish and introverted.
As with everything in life, there is a happy medium. Being on this forum is fun - but no where near as much fun as having similar discussions with your mates over a pint.

Machines and mechanical ways have contributed much towards truthfulness. Otherwise, demons have existed in this world and will keep existing in this world, because they are also a creation and part of this world.
Don't be afraid of these. Learn ways how to keep away from them.

excellent! "the middle path" is said to be the best. in other words living a life of balance. without the balance, one may not necessarily become an out and out selfish demon, but one is not reaching his/her full potential. 1st world culture is hyper rational/hyper materialistic--certainly not balanced. and, it appears to be the "role model" for the entire planet. "everyone" now wants to be "rich and famous". and, numerous among them will gladly turn into narcissist sociopaths in order to realize that "dream". these ARE selfish demons. each person must decide for him/herself. what is important, and whether it's wiser to "sacrifice" some of the money and power dream in order to be a healthy balanced human. rich and "powerful" may seem for a while to bring comfort and pleasure, but it's not worth losing one's "soul" for, eh? ;-)
