No, they're two separate species. Holly is a tree and Mistletoe grows on other plants.

nope. Holly is a green leaf tree-bush, mistletoe is a parasitic growth, found mainly on Oak trees.

silly, holly is a free standing bush with varnished spikey leaves and red berries, much loved in winter because they stay green even then.

Mistletoe is a parasite that grows on trees like oaks and apples, and is famous because Julius Caesar tells us it was sacred to Gaulish druids who harvested it with golden sickles. It has small leaves and white berries.
