Volume of the box is 10*20*15 cm^3 = 3000 cm^3

3000 cm^3 = 3000 ml
__________ __________ __________ __________ __________

1cm^3 = 1ml
this fact can be derived from the relation 1 litre = 1decimeter^3
1000 ml =1 litre
1000cm^3 = 1decimeter^3

Thus 1cm^3 = 1ml

Sorry, I misread.

This is the easiest possible conversion:

1 cubic centimeter = 1 milliliter.

So 10 cm x 20 cm x 15 cm = 3000 cm³ = 3000 mL

Multiply all three dimensions to get the volume in cubic centimeters.

10 * 20 * 15 = 3000 cubic cemtimeters

Use Google to convert cubic centimeters to milliliters. They're the same!!

I mL is the same as 1 cubic cm.

So 10 cm X 20 cm X 15 cm= 3,000 cm = 3,000 mL

I convert everything to metres, but that is just me. ;-)
.1m*.2m*.15m = .003 m^3

1m^3 = 1000 L

(.003m^3)(1000L/1m^3) = 3L

3L = 3000 mL

So your box will hold 3000 mL.

10x20x15=3000cm^3
or 100x200x150 =3,000,000milmeters^3
