i was never sent a disc with the pc....when i try to clear this message says another installation is in place but wont let me clear this message ...what do i do it driving me nuts

Go to support.dell.com and download the firmware.

try downloading ccleaner and check the issues and fix them all with this program...can get it a ccleaner.com
