I do believe they deserved to be hanged, and so did a court of their peers. As for the accidental decapitation of one of the criminals, I fight a macabre sense of poetic justice in it, when I consider the violent deaths they inflicted on others in service to Saddam.

If you support capitol punishment, and Ibrahim was lawfully convicted of a capitol offense, then you may argue that hanging is justice. Of course, justice during a U.S. sponsored civil war may not exist, but who am I to take sides, I'm safe, half a world away, while people die on a daily basis over there. The choice of hanging is obviously Saddam's enemies sending a message to those who share Ibrahim's & Saddam's political position. It is an insult to the men to die in such a manner. Decapitation during the excution of the sentence is a horrific disgrace to all concerned and only the lowest and most base of any society can see anything other than disgust in such an outcome. Still, ripping a guys head off during a political excution would generate a lot of stand up material for a comedian like the Dice Man. I think the entire situation in Iraq is a complete tradgy, and the best thing America could do is get our troops out of there as soon as possible, and of course pray for all those unfortunates directly involved. God have mercy on us all.

first of all, Iraqi government exchange into duly elected by utilising Iraqis in January 2005. 2nd, in case you think of that exchange into brutal, attempt being fed to a wood chipper, ft first!. Iraqis desperate their destiny, they went with the aid of many many years of torture by utilising the brutal regime so as that they need to handle them as they see in good shape. Neither your or all of us else who isn't an Iraqi have a say in the situation.
