I am not sure if what I feel during my cycle is ovulation pain or not. I would like someone to describe what their pains feel like.

Yesterday I had about 5-8 quick sharp pains on the right side of my lower abdomen, then hours later the area by my ovary's were a little achy for awhile.

Mine feels like period pain, combined with a slight fever. I suppose everyone has it different though??!!??

If you are not due for a period, it could be ovulation. It differs for everyone, I get light cramps like with a period. One thing you should have if it is ovulation is clear, sticky, and stringy discharge. There should be alot of it. This discharge thins to allow the sperm to pass through. If unsure, get an ovulation predictor kit.

What you describe sounds just like mine. It's usually on one side or the other, and it's like being stabbed in the ovary with an icepick several times. It happens maybe twice or three times in one day, and then it's over.
