I restored my computer to an earlier time and now certain pictures/images have an x on them and I cant see the pic/image? Do I have to dowload flash or something plz help...

If you mean, certain images do not appear in your Web browser, then probably those are Flash files and you need to reinstall Flash Player.

sounds like you uninstalled the program that you had set to open images. Right click on the name of the item on your computer and select "open with" and select something else like paint, or some image program.

You need to know the extension of your files. try rename it by yourpicturename.yourpictureextension. or it maybe damaged.
