Funny you should ask. I was in Saskatchewan just last week, attending a trade show, when the worse blizzard in the last 50 years rolled through mid week. Three people were killed, Walmart and Costco put stranded shoppers up over night. The city shut down all the roads and bridges, bring all movement to a stand still, not that you could move anywhere with zero visibility and extreme low temps. The trade show I attended was making plans to put up all the exhibitors and attendees over night. Luckily I managed to make my way back to my hotel with someone in a 4x4 just before everything was locked up to wait out the storm.

Just over night. Fortunately, I didn't have to go anywhere.! We lost power in the middle of the night for about two hours. We were nice and cozy with the dog kicking out some major BTU's. Hope you are thawed out a bit by now! I live in south eastern Michigan.
