I had Special K cereal. Eat something healthy, oatmeal is another good choice. eggs and toast. The old sayings goes: breakfast is the most important meal of the day!

I had ham eggs and cheese.....usually i would have a slim fast on the go or sumthing thats good.....but what u want for breakfast is ur choice it depends on your mood for the mourning......good luck
