You could find out who your local cable supplier is, normaly ntl or telewest.

In addition to BT you can rent lines from the post off, carphone warehouse, pipex homecall, tiscali, tesco, southern electric and many others.

You would be looking for a wholesale line rental or WLR service. This would be essentially the BT line but rental handled by another company
