I know it is a form of slang..... it is said when one is super angry but what is the meaning?

It mean they gona Beat dat Azz...and its TEAR YOU OUT DA FRAME. not TAKE YOU out DA FRAME!

i think it is when there is a certain situation and the person don't want you to be there..like 'you better be out of the picture'??
