In order to be able to do something like that you would have to find out from your friends what their cell phone internet address is.

For example;

if your friend has tmobile he or she would have a cell pnone internet address and they would have to contact t-mobile to figure out what that was.

if my cell number was number was 305-012.3456, tmobile would enable me to receive email to my phone by giving me a text message email addretss so i could receive email in the form of a text message. for example tmobile would tell me my cell phone email address is [e-mail] something like that. Then you would log into your regular email online, compose email, click add attachments, and send when your done and it should work. One complication you may run into is that your picture may be in a format that is too large for a cell phone to accept. If this becomes a problem then try adjusting your camera settings to a smaller format.

Some other things you want to do research on is trying to find out what format cell phones normally take pictures in and once you find the answer to that question you may be able to make the adjustment either in your camera or adjust it into that format on your computer with photo editing software.
