Turn your hands with the palms facing upward, and allow the ball to come down over the shoulders and land onto your outstretched hands.

start running and after a few seconds look over ur shoulder and right when the ball is in arms reach, put ur hands up and catch it.
if it's already near ur shoulder just keep ur hands close to ur shoulder and catch it close.

Keep running straight and glance over your shoulder to see where the ball is. When doing this make sure you are playing in an open area so that you won't run into anything.
