You cant give babies whole milk until they are at least one year old!! Please ask your baby's doctor for more info.

When he is 1 year old. Earlier than that can cause dairy allergies and a 9 month old's stomach isn't ready for whole milk yet.

I think that may be okay. Keep formula as # 1 over the milk but maybe try adding a few ounces of milk here and there for the next 3 months to get him use to it.....then when he turns 1 take away the formula.

My pediatrician always told me I could give my kids a small cup of whole milk each day starting around 9 months. Not a lot, mind you, but just a small cup. Or I could mix their breakfast cereal with it.

Oh please everybody is saying 12 months BUT i gave both my children homo milk (3%) at 10 months old.
Check out the Nestley Baby web site and it will tell anywhere from 9 - 12 months is safe.

Doctors say at 12 months, but whole milk. If there is a lactose issure use soy milk.
