Any bleeding is a reason to go to the doctor. It's not always caused by something bad, but it must always be checked out :)

You should be checked by your doctor and let him/her decide if it is anything to worry about. Bleeding can be a sign of problems, but it can also be normal. I had a cervical polyp and bleed until I was four months along. My sister-in-law had her period for two months when she was pregnant and a friend of mine had implant bleeding for about six weeks.

trust me on this, u can bleed lightly. The blood will be thin and not deep red. I did it for two months with my third and last child.
