My husband and I disagree.
I say everyone knows his license plate number by heart, and he says virtually no one does.
So, could you recite your license plate number without peeking, or looking it up?

Yes! That way if I'm an idiot and leave my lights on, I know I'm the moron who's getting paged over Wal-Mart's PA system... lol

Its like a 50/50 mix of who knows their plate number. I have 7 plates that I use, between trailers, and driving vehicles. I know 4 of them. A lot of people use their plate numbers often, and most of them look at them maybe once a year.

I can recite mine, all of my family's, and most to all of my family's past license plates. Just something I remember easily.

I can remember the numbers to my first car, but after that is a blur of plates!

i can recite my old ones, but not my new one- yet- soon though, i also know my husbands, my moms, my grandmas old plate, and my bestfreinds plate- we usually have this running joke
