Its like a 50/50 mix of who knows their plate number. I have 7 plates that I use, between trailers, and driving vehicles. I know 4 of them. A lot of people use their plate numbers often, and most of them look at them maybe once a year.

I can recite mine, all of my family's, and most to all of my family's past license plates. Just something I remember easily.

i can recite my old ones, but not my new one- yet- soon though, i also know my husbands, my moms, my grandmas old plate, and my bestfreinds plate- we usually have this running joke
