I don't believe so..
If it was so unbelievable to believe then you couldnt "unbelieve" in it and then that just messes things up because if you can't "unbelieve" it then you cannot say it's so "unbelievable to believe" so then you could believe that it's unbelievable to believe, yet that starts it all again and you're stuck with not knowing what to think.
but if you think hard enough, you'll recall the saying "nothing's impossible" and therefore you can put that into this saying and say "nothing's unbelivable" which is the truth, because anything can happen, since nothings impossible, so anyone can believe in it.
also there are people who believe in dogs because they see them, then there is also people who believe in magic, not because they see it, but because they really believe in it, and why not? everyone has the right to an imagination and has the right to believe in what they want. so you're being mean to say that what they want to believe in is unbelievable to believe...
... and you've stopped reading . . . ?? yeah whatever, I'll keep my logic to myself then! ;PP
