My mom was like that. She was 6 months and still having monthly bleeding. She went to the ER thinking she had a tumor or something. The doc told her she was preggo and she wouldn't believe. 3 months later, I came to be. She had monthly bleeding the entire time she was preggo with me.

I've experienced it twice, I had light erratic periods anyway, so when I had break through bleeding (Its not a normal period if you are pregnant) I thought it was that. I found out the first time when I went to the Doctor with what I thought was indigestion. I was 5 months. The second time I was trying to conceive and thought I might be so had tests. Both were boys, I didn't bleed during my daughters pregnancy so knew straight away! My niece also didn't know and didn't find out till Labour started! The only thing she had noticed was a slight reduction in her periods and more bladder problems than normal for her. We dont tend to show much when pregnant in my family anyway.

Hey
I was 3 months pregnant before I knew, my periods were irregular so I didnt know that way. I was acquired strange eating habits when i looked back on it i was eating macaroni cheese for breakfast but didnt think much of it at the time as thats what i fancied! It was only when my boobs started to grow and really hurt that it all came together!
Good luck xx

my aunt had periods right through her pregnancy, My cousin found out she was pregnant 6 weeks before she was due, she had always had period trouble and just thought he had gained weight through hormones etc as they were a bit erratic. They call it Lazy Baby Syndrome, where the baby doesnt move much and when it does you just think its wind, and they also dont tend to be big babies so you dont show as much with them either.

a freind at college told us that her doc had told her she wasn't pregnant when she got nausea, just stressed. he told her the baby moving was gas and the bump bloating all caused by stress.
her mother took her to a differnt GP when she was 7monthes gone and she can't even rember the next 2 months

also its possible to get a negative preg test when you are and belive it so much you ignore the symptomes
