Well, honestly, I think anyone can find a best friend without the internet. But if thats's what you want I know a pretty good chatroom you can go to. Google chat rooms for kids and pick the first one that comes up. Then you can choose from a whole bunch of categories. You don't have to give away any personal information you just have to give yourself a nickname. I don't know if that's what your looking for but that's what I can give ya.

Why are you looking for a site ? Just look for a good friend around you, may be your classmates, your cousins, your parents, your sisters or brother, your colleague.
