I don't particularly enjoy being distrustful of all humanity but everyone I meet confirms my suspicions (and I've been around).
How do I know that loving people even exist or are they just made up stories to make people want to preserve the race? If they do exist, where can I find them? Are they all dead?

Move to a more 'primitive' culture. The sad fact is that our society is badly damaged. Anywhere you can buy a McDonalds hamburger is likely to be a society worthy of your disdain. Personally, I'm thinking of moving to Vanatua for just this reason. I don't trust humans either, and for good reason: Long, sad experience.
Either that or put a sledge hammer through your television set.

Wish I could help you cos I feel totally the same. I dont trust anyone and feel like Im being spied on all the time, especially now I know my computer is being bugged. Someone is probably watching what Im typing in right now.

Change the people you're hanging around with. Where do you meet these low-lifes? How about meeting some nice people at church, in an adult ed class, etc?

What a sad question. What the world needs is love, real love. You can find loving people in churches. Now, don't get me wrong, people are people, but generally those people who have experience the love of God, will respond to others with love. Ask God to lead you to people who love. God will answer your prayer.
