QANTAS
The site below has a list, but they mostly appear to be names, brands etc.

English only doesn't really have any, except that a few words used to use a q in place of a W such as the obsolete spelling of what 'qhot' and whom 'qhom'. or in combination with a c instead of k as in rancq instead of rank. If you want to be pedantic there are a few cases like qwerty (as in the keyboard) or cinqfoil ( a type of plant) or coq (ornamental trimming of feathers on a woman's hat) or the most interesting one, which ive never seen used Qittaus (Adjective used to describe the feeling of an event or mood). Arabic and chinese, on the other hand, are full of them. such as burqa (muslim woman's head dressing) or qigong (chinese system of excercises) also don't forget: qabalah (mystical branch of Judaic teaching)

Though this will probably provide no help at all, the scrabble (if you even have a scrabble game) box has plenty of non-q-u words written in the attatched booklet.

QAT is probably the most important word for a Scrabble player to know. It's a type of tree.

Qatar, Qabala, qintar... Nope. It looks like all foreign words. I can't find any English words, unless you count qwerty.
