Yes. Triphala can be taken along with any kind of allopathic medicine or vitamin.
Triphala contains dried powdered fruits of three medicinal plants. Triphala taken in the proper dose can be considered as a food supplement , rather than a drug. But, some times ayurvedic doctors prescribe triphala as medicine as well for constipation, indigestion and various other symptoms.
In general, triphala can be recommended to be taken along with any vitamin, without an adverse effect.
It is better to take the two with a few hours time interval.
But, there may be other Ayurvedic/herbal medicines that should not be taken together with allopathic medicines. It depends. So, please consult your doctor before you take them.

Yes one can take Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines together. I use to take these two together and there was no problem with that.
