I'm 13, C cup, my mom makes me wear bras like that at http://www.anita.com/de/en/0,1,104,1478,39236__products-detail.htm I don't like it, though I agree it's great for support. I tried to talk my mom out of it but a dr told her I should wear thoise bras and then she told me No hun, you'l wear it, it's for your best, I love you..U know, moms are moms. And I gotat obey. It has 4 ros of hokks in the back, made of thick material. How can I get used to it? Is it possible? How can I clip it? It's not easy, because it has 4 hooks in the back.
I don't intend to disobe, I know my mom loves me, but if do, should she punish me? How?

Fasten it with the hooks at the front, spin it round until the hooks are at the back, then bend forward, put the straps over your shoulders and let your breasts drop into the cups as you straighten up and the straps tighten into position. Easier to do than to explain. Big breasts on a small body do need support.

Ugh, I hated bras like that. When you have a small frame, a C-cup can be pretty big. Unless you are super thin and your breasts are so heavy that they cause you back pain, go ahead and wear a bra with a little less coverage. I have been a D-cup since I was 14 and I never had to wear such bulky bras. Victoria's Secret is expensive, but they tend to have pretty bras for bustier women. I know it's embarrassing to wear the bras your mom makes you wear, but she's right if your breasts give you back problems. If they don't, then quit wearing those ones. I have never had back problems though I've heard lots of women complain about theirs. Also try strengthening your back muscles and pectoral muscles with various exercises; it helps. I disagree that you can't wear underwire. I ONLY wear underwire. It gives the most appealling appearance to me and it's comfortable if you buy a quality bra with a comfortable cup. Another thing that sounds silly, I have always bought bras with light padding. They will give you the best shape and prevent you from being surprised when the room is too cold, if you know what I mean. An unlined bra just doesn't look as good to me.

Humm that's a captivating question. i guess the numerous reason human beings placed on bras is for help (once you've massive breasts you've a tendency to favor slightly better help--they could reason decrease back discomfort and rigidity). yet another excuse to placed on bras is for fashion. some females placed on bras so their nipples received't educate with the help of their blouse (as all of us understand). at the same time as different females ditch the bra and flow with the '60s bra-a lot less/organic look. It relies upon on your own own decision as to climate or not you want to placed on a bra or not. maximum human beings placed on bras because it is taken under consideration to be the "conventional" component to do.

I went through the same thing growing up. I developed early, I was a D by the time I was 13, and was told to wear bras similar to that one to allow for support. I called them my "granny bras," and I hated them. I never got used to wearing them.
No matter how many hooks a bra has on the band, it does take some practice to learn how to hook it when you can't see what you are doing.
You need support, non-underwire for comfort and no restriction as you grow. But you can find it in a prettier bra with a slimmer band and straps. You can also ask your mom about a front close bra for easier access, too.

If you do disobey your mom, whether or not she punishes you, and her discilpine of choice, are up to her. I can't tell you if she'll punish you or not, or how she'll do it. That is a parent's desicion.

There are very nice bras from the Pink collection at Victoria's Secret stores and their online store- and they are really cute and appropriate for teenagers. Also they still have the semi-annual sale going on, so maybe try to show them to your mom and convince her to buy you one or two of those.

Clip it in the front and turn it around before putting your arms in.
Or perhaps spend your own money on the kind of bra you'd like ... at least you'd be wearing one.

a c cup isnt that big
i dont see why you would have to wear such a bulky bra
but if you need helf fasting it, fasten it first then put it over your head like a shirt
