Over the past 10 years or so I have ask this question to many of my female freinds. In the end ever one of them has admited to having lesbian thoughts. From my "investigation" most of the time it is about a best friend. I had one girl who would always say she had never ever had these kind of thoughts but on the last day I worked with her she came up to me and told me she had and they were about her best friend. I was moving to another state so I guess that made her feel better about telling me. I know my wife has. In fact when we were in our mid 20's she even went to a strip bar and got 2 lap dances from females. She wanted to take one home but I had to explain to her that it did not work that way in those places.

I am assuming that when you say lesbian moment, you mean an actual physical happening, not a "dream" or fantasy?

I have had two "moments", but have had hundreds of fantasies.

I guess that I have not followed my heart or head, or whatever.... I have had lesbian tendencies since a young child, but never really acted on them till I was in my 30's. I think that while I am totally accepting to the alternative lifestyle, I have not been comfortable enough with myself to come completely "out".

I couldn't say if that's an actual percentage, but it wouldn't surprise me. There's always lots of women who don't admit it or they lie about it. I believe that everyone - gay or straight - has at least thought about what it might be like to have a gay or straight experience. Some of us just don't like the idea, some do, and some don't know what in hell they want.

i could not say if that is an actual percentage, notwithstanding it does not marvel me. there is continuously a large number of girls who do not admit it or they lie about it. i experience that anybody - gay or right now - has a minimum of theory about what it could be want to have a gay or right now journey. some human beings do exactly not like the idea, some do, and some do not recognize what in hell they want.

Well, my lesbian "moment" turned into a day, then a week, then a month, then a year, now that I am in my 40's I guess it is just simply a lesbian lifetime for me. I love it. :)

Honest truth: I never have had a lesbian thought/desire. I guess I am a minority, huh!

well, considering you've posted this in the LGBT forum, and most of the women here (myself included) are lesbians, I'd say the majority of women here do.
