At what age does a person start to be hated unconditionally by society? Is it 15, 18, 21, 40? Which?
In some cases people are hated unconditionally from before the day they are born but at what age does the hate reach a climax?

The fact that people don't regularly kill each other doesn't mean that they don't hate. It just means that they fear the law and the lawmakers fear losing power.

I think it has more to do with age than personality because people don't bother to get to know each other. Flash judgements are the norm.
