At what age does a person start to be hated unconditionally by society? Is it 15, 18, 21, 40? Which?
In some cases people are hated unconditionally from before the day they are born but at what age does the hate reach a climax?

The fact that people don't regularly kill each other doesn't mean that they don't hate. It just means that they fear the law and the lawmakers fear losing power.

I think it has more to do with age than personality because people don't bother to get to know each other. Flash judgements are the norm.

Oh my goodness. A lot of hate going on here.
I don't believe society hates unconditionally any age.
I don't believe people are hated unconditionally from before the day they are born.
Only someone with a twisted experience, a very abnormal one, would think any of the above.
There is hope for you. There is more love than you can imagine from the One who created you, died for you, and is now making intercession for you. God is Love.

at age 35 I was called a fat old man by some kids. I think there used to be an expression "never trust anyone over 30."
30 would be a good answer.
When you are 15..its like and entire lifetime away..so far into the realm of the future that it is unimaginable to be that age..you might as well be dead ;)
Of course, at my age, the answer would be anyone between
13-19 !!!! Its all relative I guess

That's two different questions. People lose economic value around age 50, unless they have some really strong skills. But hate? Why would anyone hate based on age? I think you're imagining things there.

There is no particular age. When the person is not happy with himself, he starts hating others.
