well, i have no idea which GTA you are referring to, otherwise i could have given a more spcific link....try this for GTA LCS, GTA 3 or GTA SA:

Bst place to go for Cheats/Walkthroughs etc. Is www.gamefaqs.com. They cover the PC and all console platforms as well.

I've gone to the trouble of getting to the exact page with lists of all the codes, including Full Health, Armor, Repair Car, and Money.
There are also unlockables and easter eggs.
