Doesn't our Government have Three levels of Government for checks and balances? Unless I misunderstood, even though it was brought to his attention that basically no one is thrilled about the continued war in Iraq, he doesn't care what anyone else thinks. UHHH .... remember Democracy?

Yes I remember it,

It left the building shortly after Bush took office, his arrogance has assured him the title of worst President in american history, but in his arrogance doesn't believe it.

We ALL believe in freedom and security for our nation, and he is NOT doing what we elected him to do. It's not a Kingdom, we expect our leaders to value council from others who know more than they do, in the case of President Bush, that would be almost anyone. He has not, and is paying the price for it in the court of public opinion.

We've learned many things about this charlaton since his presidency began. Most of all, he is the BIGGEST LIAR since Scott Peterson!! Keith Oblerman points out about 15 of them and shows the video to prove them. Second, Bush is so mentally ill that he is an easy puppet for his neocon handlers. Bush is the most dangerous "man" that democracy (fragile as it is) has ever seen. He has to go.

I agree with him totally, anyone ever heard of too many cooks spoil the broth. no war can be won by committee.

He does care that is why with the constant harping from losers like you the easiest thing for him to do would be to say to hell with you all! tell me what I should do, but that would be dereliction of duty.

Some of you lunkheads on YA as you get older you will realize that the most popular thing to do is usually not the best thing to do.

Good point. I agree completely. When Bush gave his speech last week, he claimed he consulted with Congress about his decision to increase troop levels. That was a bald faced lie.

He may have convinced me until he said his goal was to protect America....we all know that was just ANOTHER lie which negates anything else he had to say.... if his goal was to protect Americans he would have closed our borders within hours of 9/11!

Yes I remember democracy. This president is right to use all the power available to him in his position. We don't elect figure heads, we elect presidents. He's doing what I elected him to do. You need to thank God you have someone who believes in Freedom as much as he does. You may not be so lucky with the next one.
