Rapists, paedophiles, murderers, drug dealers, and all corrupt members of the government (basically all of the government then!!)

As is traditional in old revolutions, it would be the current rulers, so In the case of the USA it would be Bush and Cheney, in the UK it would be Blair and his cabinet.
In recent years, revolutions are fomented and funded by a global elite who are using the coup to manipulate the public into supporting globalisation, and the dictatorship that comes from centralised fractional reserve banking. (in the most basic sense). So inevitably the ousted leader gets to live in luxury in exile, rather than being lined up and shot.

Probably whoever is prime minister & head of the treasury & managing director of the 10 biggest companies at the time...
But I think we'd be far better off with concentrating less on the killing / doing less of it & using 1% per year asset taxes for the richest 1% & 1% per year nationalisations of large companies to get our hands on more of the wealth that is generated for the benefit of the 99% of us who are not in the richest percentile.

I would line up Tony Blair and the whole cabinet infront of each other, and use an elephant rife, so as not to waste too much ammo on the lying bastrads.

no one. nowadays this country is far too cautious and accepting to overthrow it's government, we'd sooner sit down and chat about it all over a nice friendly cuppa. U want a revolution? then u better shift to some godforsaken pit in south america or africa!
