A neighbour has just bought a car and the words on the number plate read P???UBE. Seriously, would you drive a car with a pube on the number plate?

Obviously the licensing people weren't too bothered about it because they're quite fussy NOT to use dubious words in number-plates.

Sure. The comedian Jasper Carrot one told a joke where in America someone had a number plate with BOLLOCKS on it.
Because the Americans didn't know what the word mean't. He told one lady it was another word for zit. Then went on to describe a scenaio of the woman coming to Britain, going into a Chemists and saying, "Have you any cream for these bollocks on my face?"

In S-Africa my number plate read ***** backwards. [hctib] You could only read what was written if you looked in your review mirror.

I saw one in Alaska that read 3M TA3. It spells eat me in the mirror.

our neighbours spells sperm and he got it as it made him giggle
