3. Vaginal Rejuvenation Pills - Herbal pills that tighten your vagina by strengthening the muscles that directly contract the vaginal wall (such as the pubococcygeus) thereby reducing the inner diameter of the vagina and allowing greater sexual gratification.

Kagels, Kagels, Kagels!!! They even sell the instrument, in those magazines, to place just under the crouch area, for women to use their thigh muscles to push it open & shut!!! You could probably pick one up through a health magazine also!! I see them all the time in the magazines I get in the mail !! You could even do isometrics as your sitting without the instrument!!! Alot of women do those, so dont be imbarrassed about it !!! Smile!!!
