A good ingredient for breakfast burritos not tacos..ha ha is as follows:
hash browns
pork sausage
eggs
green pepper and/or chili peppers (pablanos work)
onion
green chili (if you have it ) or green chili peppers
I sometimes use cut up potatoes from the baked ones that are left over from dinner, that I cooked on the grill they work out great.
I spice up my potatoes with onion powder, oregano, parsley salt and pepper also.
I have used Italian sausages in breakfast burritos ,or if you prefer tacos.
The only difference in a taco and a burrito is that a burrito is a soft shelled tortilla, and a taco is a hard shell tortilla.
I prefer soft shell,it wraps better, and it is a favorite here in Denver,Co.
Also don't forget the cheese,I like to use shredded 5 Mexican cheeses, that you can purchase in a bag,or buy the brick cheeses,I like jalapeno cheese to give it a little zip.
