I am working on my green belt, and I know that when you go through the tunnels your sopposed to turn right, than click on the rock on the wall... well i do that but no secret chamber open, clicking on the rock just refreshes the page.. .why is this happening??

When you enter the tunnels, go straight ahead and keep going until you reach a place where you have to turn either right or left. There will be a small rock on the wall that can be clicked, and that will let you into a secret chamber.
The one you said helped me pass my green belt, but the types change very frequently.

This problem must be a glitch. Try again later, or refresh the page yourself. There have been a lot of glitches going around lately. Here are some tips for you to make a different entrance to the secret tunnel that might actually work:
Green Belt - Find the Sensei's cousin's watch in the colehurst tunnels
The watch is in the colehurst tunnels. There are three hidden tunnel chambers that could contain the watch. They can be accessed by following these directions:
Upon entering the tunnels go straight ahead and keep going until you reach a place where you have to turn either left or right. There will be a small rock on the wall that is clickable. That will let you into the 2nd hidden chamber.
Follow the directions to chamber #2 but turn left when you reach the left or right choice. Go straight until you reach a point where you must turn right. Turn right and the wall in front of you will again have a clickable rock. Click that rock and it will let you into the 3rd chamber.
NOTE: The watch is not buried. It will be just lying on the floor of one of the hidden chambers.

When you try to click on the rock it should turn into a hand. Is it turning into a hand? And it may appear that it's only refreshing the page but it may, in reality, be taking you into the hidden chamber. To test this I would suggest that you did once before you click the rock and then click the rock. If the 'refreshed' page shows no digging then you've successfully entered the hidden chamber.
There are a total of 3 hidden chambers and any one could contain the watch. To get to the other two...
