i instaal spyware doctor and McAfee security,but when i reinstaal windows, it again after some days , internet explorer start open websites itself,starts back ground music and etc,also PC speed fell down very slowly.please tell me solution :(

spyware doctor is a very good tool, I also use these with it and no one tool finds all spyware & virus,so you need more than one. and these will play well with your other protection.only never run more than one anti virus at a time but the rest are ok. http://spywareterminator.com and http://www.iobit.com these free tools will help a bunch and then go to http://www.majorgeeks.com and get adaware se personal & spybot search & destroy both free.then make sure you run the updates on all of these first as they dont come with the newest updates.good luck.and ignore the guy telling you to reformate. that is the very last resort you want to use.

you are hit by a spy ware! the software that you install is not seen the bug, cause it is hide to a memory! try to find another anti spy ware or anti virus that can match to the bug that hide in your PC (But i suggest or the very best way to fix your problem is to reformat your hard disk cause when you reformat your drive all the bug in the memory will be deleted)
