You don't. You go to the clerk of the courts for a legal notice of eviction. Any other method can land you in a heap of legal trouble.

Assuming that you have all of your bases covered and have a mutually signed rental agreement. I would suggest reviewing that agreement and in your notice, quote various sentences, paragraphs etc.. Date it and make a copy for your file.
