1) Did Neil Armsrtong Land the moon? No, it was Neil Armstrong.
2) Did Neil Armstrong land the moon? No, he landed ON the moon.
3) There are no proofs but then NASA is not accepting. There are lots of proofs; what is NASA not accepting?
4) Can any one explain me?
The hoax theory started from a "documentary" originally aired on Fox-TV (right there, that's a hint). The narrator was an actor (not a scientist) who played a role in the X-files.
Every one of their "proofs" have been debunked. See site below.
However, having people believe in conspiracies and hoaxes appear to be a growing element of the modern American culture.
By the way, it is OK to have doubts. Try to check your doubts against things that can actually be verified; do your own research, ask your own questions.
One of my better checks in this instance is:
at the time, we were in a cold war against the Soviet Union (despite them being a great ally of ours during the second World War). The Space Race was a very public manifestation of this war. If the Soviet Union had had any inkling that the Moon landings had been hoaxes, they would certainly have said so, and very loudly (after all, they were the first ones in space with Spoutnik, they had the first human in space - Gagarin - were the first to see the far side of the Moon...); they would not even have waited to have absolute proof -- any doubt is sufficient when you are running a propaganda machine.

There were six missions that landed on the moon, Apollo 11 through 17, all between 1969 and 1972. Apollo 13 didn't make it because of technical problems ( there's a movie about it with Tom Hanks - GREAT movie, but remember its a movie, check facts elsewhere for accuracy.)
Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were the first two to step on the moon in Apollo 11. Neil Armstrong took the first step so he gets credit. Also on the Apollo 11 mission was Michael Collins, but he stayed in the orbiter and did not step on the moon.

The fact that there were so many people involved in the space race, and that it was out in the open where the success or failure would be exposed, if it was not true. The people that keep raising the issue that it was all a big hoax, are not connected to NASA . It's not likely that it is a massive cover-up. The competition, the USSR and others, would have exposed it at the time.

I do not doubt such things, unless I have good reasons for it. Occam's razor tells us that he almost certainly did walk upon the Moon. Whatever reasonable people may say, some conspiracy buffs will insist the Moon landing was faked, so I shouldn't waste my time in saying that makes no sense at all.

Yes,
Doubters cite the fact that the flag is flying on the moon. The moon wit h no atmosphere, would not fly a flag.
NASA put wire in the flag to simulate a flag flying

'No proof'
Except for the fact that you can actually see everything they left on the moon with a high enough power telescope - including the flags with the wires in them.
Anyone that tells you otherwise is a crackpot.
