Since the mansion belongs legally to the corporation and his daughter is CEO, then the mansion will become part of the corporate holdings in the event of Hef's demise. Since the terms of the will are unknown to the public (and I doubt they will ever be revealed), I think it would be safe to assume that Hef's personal fortune will be divvied up among the four kids, while the corporation and all its holdings remain intact and run by Christie.

Hef only has three ladies now, the "main" gf being Holly. I think his daughter will too, maybe his brother who has been riding his coat-tails for years now.
